When I see the back of my classmates who are very thin, I will feel that this strengthens my heart to lose weight. When I see the beautiful and very thin bloggers on the Internet, I will wonder whether I will take such beautiful photos when I slim down, and whether such beautiful clothes on my body will have the same effect. So I have been trying to lose weight recently, because three months ago until now I have gained weight, 25 pounds, seeing the original camera has been growing fat, I made up my mind to lose weight. So now I search for weight-loss recipes and related bloggers on the Internet to tell us how to lose weight, and find that most of the bloggers are Chinese and Korean and a small number of Japanese. The methods they teach are nothing more than two ways, the first one is not eating, the second one is not eating and exercise, but I think both of them are very unsuitable for me. Because I can’t help it, skipping meals will only make me lose energy, and you will make my body weaker，At the same time, I am a student now, so I should supplement my energy, so I have the strength to study, but not eating food can not meet the conditions of my strength to study, the second option is to skip meals and exercise, I think this advice is very inaccurate, because I don’t have meals, I don’t have any strength to do exercise, but if the blood sugar is low, I don’t do exercise when I eat. I might faint, or even put my life in danger, so I searched some European and American bloggers, such as Pamela found that she ate the same food as me every day, even in the morning would eat sweet potatoes, fruit, tomatoes and bread.，These are the foods that I will not encounter during my normal weight loss, because I think they contain a lot of calories that will make me more obese. So I went to see Pamela’s interview and found that she said to eat 1200 grams of calories a day, but exercise also needs to reach so much to slim down, rather than not eating, and then exercise is not simply not eating and not exercising, which will cause irreversible damage to your body and your stomach, to ensure good health at the same time in the correct weight loss. When I thought about this, my mother took me to Europe to play, and found that each of them did not care about whether their appearance looked good or bad in front of others. It is important to be happy, eat food that can make you happy, and at the same time, I do not care about other people’s evaluation，So I was thinking, if I went to these places, would I be so happy that I wouldn’t want to lose weight? I think I will also become happier, because I have a friend, he is now in the United States high school in China, he is a very very introverted little girl, usually he thinks he is not good-looking, others will give him advice, so he always wear a mask and dare not talk to others, but he is actually very good-looking. As his friends, we often praised him that you were very good-looking, not fat at all, and very white, but he said that because we were his friends, so he said that he would praise him so. Now he has become very cheerful in high school in the United States, and he used to be afraid of tanning skin, but now he has become a healthy skin tone, and the whole person has exuded the breath of sunshine. So why do we keep trying to lose weight? I think there are three reasons. The first reason is that the emergence of collectivization in Asia will put more emphasis on collective honor than individual honor. In this case, people are often encouraged not to highlight themselves to avoid bringing trouble to themselves, and in the end, they will gradually become excited and lack confidence, making them less and less willing to express themselves, their strengths and advantages. The second reason is that East Asian countries have a very strict education system and the importance of grades. In China, parents often associate grades with two completely different concepts of whether you are a good person or a bad person. In school, most teachers will think that you are not a good student and that you are a bad student while good students are right no matter what they do. In the end, students’ self-denial will gradually form. For example, in Hebei Province, China, girls are not allowed to wear long hair when they are in high school, because the class teacher and teachers will think that girls in high school will not have extra thoughts to take care of their appearance, so the teacher will let them cut their hair very, very short. Let the girls’ hair be cut as short as the boys’, and the boys’ hair is all bald.As a result, girls in adolescence will pay more attention to whether their appearance will make others laugh at them. For example, when they have a favorite boy in school, they will not dare to tell them their own thoughts because of their appearance. When they are in college, they will want to lose weight and make up to make themselves look better, so as to make up for the heart of being hit by others in adolescence. The third reason, which I think is the most important one, is that family education in East Asia is very strict. For example, important parents in the family generally have very strict control and expectations for their children, hoping that they can become the children they want, be good students and have a good university in the future. In the end, they will enter a very stable company and a lifelong lover. These strict controls lead to the lack of self-confidence and freedom in the growing process of East Asian children, and they can’t even control their own money. Therefore, they will want to make themselves better when they can control themselves, such as weight loss, makeup and study.

Therefore, in my opinion, among the above factors, East Asian girls tend to be very unconfident from an early age, hiding their advantages and criticizing themselves. I think girls have become more powerful in reading, blooming their own advantages, do their ideal appearance, after feeling these, I am now losing weight, and there is no special persistence, I think health is the most important, healthy study, healthy play with friends, and accompany parents.

Recently, I have been trying to lose weight, and I feel that I am very fat and not good-looking.
